I can’t remember not knowing A, not having her as a friend. She was the first person I knew long enough that I felt I could be angry with, without worrying I was going to loose her. It made me feel like it was going to last, and you need that.. Specially when you are a kid. Friends can be hard on you, maybe they expect more from you than strangers. Strangers pretty much see you they way you want them to see you. You can’t fool friends, that’s what makes them friends.
